Kimchi is a traditional Korean dish made with salted cabbage, garlic, green onions, radish, and spices. The Lactobacillus bacteria which makes kimchi so healthful is also present in other fermented foods such as yogurt and dill pickles (foods that contain probiotics). Learn how to make this wonderful fermented food! This offer includes a recipe, all ingredients, a hands-on, how-to lesson in your own home on making kimchi, a recipe for kimchi fried rice, as well as two quarts of kimchi to ferment to your own particular preference. Vegetarian and gluten-free options upon request. OR Let me do all the work: I deliver to your door two quarts of fresh OR fermented kimchi (with a recipe in case you fall in love with this wonderful, healthy treat and want to make it at home)! I have been making kimchi for over a decade and can offer vegetarian and gluten-free options upon request. Winning bidder should contact Pam to arrange for the lesson. Pamela.Johnston@fresno.edu
